Ask your local police department. They may refer you to the county sheriffs department. Anyway, you should find that information on the web. We cant be specific, the procedure can vary between counties. Some will want to interview you, some wont, some want to approve you before you take the requisite course, some will do their best to ignore you and never grant a CCW, some will want money up front and others wont, and so forth. There is a move towards using an on line application form administered by a third party, but I do not know how widespread that is.
